☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)

🍗 Check-in/out is NOT available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

They are not like other management companies and they went above and beyond with all of the thought and detail that went into the kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms, game room, etc. every detail and amenity was thought of. The communication was 10/10. The  two car heated garage was amazing…. 3 king beds! An amazing bunk room….a hot tub and fire pit….this place has it all. Nothing about this visit felt transactional.
